BOOKING INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in being tattooed at the Black Labyrinth. We do accept walk-ins when available, but it is always best to set up an appointment! All of our artists work in distinct styles, with the hopes of bringing a unique visionary approach to each project. Please check out all of our artists’ portfolios and information prior to submitting a request. You can find samples of our artists’ works here.

BOOKING FEE

  • We require a non-refundable booking fee for all appointments. This booking fee varies by project, as some projects require significantly more preparation. This fee will reserve your appointment time, and compensate the artist for the prep work of your project.

  • Your booking fee is only valid on the project that you and your artist have discussed. It is non transferable between artists.

  • The booking fee will be applied to the final session of your completed tattoo.

  • We require 48 hours notice for rescheduling tattoo appointments. If you are a no-show or cancel/reschedule without 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited. With proper notice, your deposit will be applied to your new appointment date. In the event of a medical/family emergency, you will not be required to leave a new deposit.

  • If a client chronically reschedules appointments, artists reserve the right to require an additional booking fee.

FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Make sure that you bring your ID, as we will not be able to tattoo you without it. You must have a valid government issued ID, such as a drivers license or passport. We are not able to accept any temporary, paper, or photos of IDs.

  • Get a good night’s sleep. Being well rested helps your body during the tattoo process.

  • Eat a nourishing meal, and be well hydrated.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that is non restrictive to the area being tattooed.

  • It’s ok to bring a distraction such as a book or mobile device with headphones.

  • Bring a snack and/or drink.

  • Don’t drink too much alcohol the night before; there isn’t much worse than sitting to get tattooed hungover!

Please note that we may have additional safety protocols in place. Please review our Safety/Covid-19 protocol here.
